McDonald's in Zimmern ob Rottweil

I've been there three times, the same each time. Eating takes forever, staff stressed or missing due to illness, whatever is communicated to you as a customer to excuse the long waiting time. On my last visit it went forever because the key worker had slept and the restaurant had only been open for a few minutes although it should have been open for 45 minutes. McDonalds is certainly not a gourmet temple, in everyday working life, if you have to go fast you can get a burger to satisfy your hunger, but unfortunately not an option with the waiting times in the shop.

All good. Even in such difficult times, the employees go out of their way to fill us up.

Coffee and cookies were good. Unfortunately we came from the direction of Stuttgart and were forbidden to eat our things in the parking lot .......

Everything was great, only coroni maroni annoys would have liked to eat in the restaurant

Very friendly lady at the microphone from the drive in. She spoke perfect German and very slowly and clearly. I didn't know that before. Great!

This assessment applies to the implementation of the hygiene templates that currently apply in BW: - The entrance and exit are clearly marked and cannot be confused -Order system as usual at the cash register and at the terminal - Food was there quickly, as usual, warm and good - Toilets are closed -No way to sit So you can see that the company has implemented the measures well and you couldn't fault anything bad!

Super hot and tasty. Unfortunately, I had to wait almost 10 minutes at Mc Drive

Was just in rooms in the MC, unfortunately the own APP did not work, no insight into the staff. catastrophe

The branch manager was a huso ... bothered us while eating ... and thinks he was boss Esse was ok But it was cold

McDonald's has the best hot chocolate ever. Tastes like chocolate and not just like hot water.

We were there today as a family. When we came it was pretty quiet. Little by little, more and more people came. Some tables were locked because of the distance. But unfortunately the people didn't care. The staff didn't say anything, the main thing was that the store was running. At one table were 4 young people, the next table was actually locked, the next we were. Still, someone sat there. When I said something, there was no reaction, the staff didn't say anything and just looked. I teach my children (7 and 11) everything how to behave and then something like that. A no go. The staff should have intervened.

The salad on the Bürger is anything but crisp and fresh Rather brown and gambled, a shame

Fries half raw cheese on the bow Mäc cold and looked .... The staff unfriendly. The hygiene regulations were only partially observed when I was there.

Except for the Big Mac, which was cold, there are no shortcomings there. I would recommend the place. Nonetheless, check that everything has been freshly prepared

Among other things, I needed the chicken nuggets that are currently being advertised to order from the drive. The lady on the other end tells me that I only get this if I know a certain number. When I asked how I should know this number, she said that it could be found in the MC Donalds app. How should I please install the app quickly in the drive in the middle of a line of cars to find out the number I asked her. No reaction ! I also asked if she could make an exception. Since she said she does not make any exceptions. I didn't get the nuggets and the lady didn't really care.

Well The outside tables could be cleaned better. Particular attention should be paid to this, especially during the Corona period.

Ordered to menues, one of them was completely a different menue, the other one was incomplete. After making them aware of the the fault with the first menue, we got another plate with the right burger, but the wrong drink.

Food was really delicious! The food was ready quickly and well done despite Corona! 👍

Nice employees. Very passionate about doing it right. The signature burger surf n turf was really tasty and big. It could have BBQ sauce but added it yourself and delicious! For the first time I couldn't put a McDonald's burger in my mouth, so big. Normally I'm used to this from Burger King.

A subpar McDonald's. The most homogenous meal there is possible, but somehow they managed to deliver it at a lower quality than usual.

Poor.. Not up to Mac Donald standards. Not well cleaned. People not as welcoming as in normal McDonald's

Poorly made food and service! My caramel pick-up McFlurry had no caramel, the toping box said "3x" but he put 1x the topping on it! So I payed 3 times the price for a simple ice cream! My big fries were lost in the box, meaning once again I payed 3 times the price for a small portion of fries! Older gentlemen served today and he couldn't have been more bored! Never seen such bad service and lack of attention to details! Never coming back here for sure!
